Cara is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) with over 20 years of experience in personal development coaching and consulting. Her extensive personal health journey and transformation from early teenage years have cultivated a deep and enduring interest in nutrition and the power of daily habits.
 

Cara specializes in helping others achieve and maintain a healthy weight, form supportive lifestyle habits, and fit their goals into their lifestyle. She works with people who are looking to heal their relationship with food and with themselves.
